Poetry-"Undone"
A moment undone.
An impossible future.
To feel, to free fall.
That rush of wind in his face.
He cares, she knows it.
Will he speak? Will he say it?
Forever isn’t so long to wait.
She for him.
He for her.
Fear is too heavy, he sinks in the sand.
He reaches for her now.
Will she take his hand?
To all but him there is no doubt she will.
A simple grasp to last a lifetime, and a ring to unite them.
Someday.
The answer to prayers, the comfort to fear.
Together if it should be so.
